Who

Leading Cause&Effect are two community investment professionals with networks across Canada. Individuals that are just as comfortable at the boardroom table as they are serving food to those in need on the front lines.

John Dalziel, Principal

Prior to establishing Cause&Effect in 2003, John founded the Kids Up Front Foundation, an organization that gives children and families in need the opportunity to attend sporting and cultural events. The foundation has its roots  in Calgary and has successfully expanded into Vancouver, Edmonton and Toronto.

John's demonstrated commitment  to community, along with his extensive background in media production, broadcast management, and product marketing,  results in creative and thoughtful approaches to corporate community involvement.

In 2009, John and Kids Up Front were recognized by Today's Parent Magazine, with the Reader with a Cause Award for the difference they've made in the lives of over 600,000 kids and families.
